Shipping policy

At Kozo, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy for details on delivery timelines, charges, and more.

Domestic Shipping: We ship all over India. Unfortunately, we do not do international shipping at this time.

    Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

    Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

    The standard shipping price is Rs.100 per order.

     

    Delivery times may vary based on location and unforeseen delays. However, the approximate timeline is 5-7 business days.

    Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. 

    We use trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for domestic deliveries.

    Address Changes: Allowed within 12 hours of placing an order.

    Order Cancellations: Can be requested within 6 hours after placing an order.

    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional charges may apply.

    Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen factors like weather, strikes, or high-demand periods (festivals, sales, etc.).
